Beamans have been in business for over 30 years working across a range of sectors to deliver expert consultancy and training, encompassing job evaluation, pay and reward, organisation design and equal pay/equal value.
Founded in 1995 by three former senior civil servants, we have since built up an experienced team with insight and expertise gained from working across a range of sectors. The current directors are both previous Associates who enjoyed their work so much they took over the company!
Technical expertise coupled with hands-on experience
Our clients are attracted by our expertise and knowledge coupled with our hands-on experience in job evaluation, pay and grading including equal pay, reward strategy and organisation design. We have an understanding of the complex challenges and obstacles facing managers in a variety of sectors, because we have experienced them first hand.
Beamans are proud to remain as the exclusive provider of JEGS training. Our appointment as training provider was first made by the Cabinet office in 1997 and subsequently secured until 2028.
We also remain the sole licensed provider of JEGS job evaluation services cementing our reputation as the UK’s experts in JEGS job evaluation and training.
